REGISTRATION NOTICE-RULES & CONDITIONS OF AUCTION: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidders card. Anyone bidding for an account other than their own must register as such. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder.
TERMS: All purchases are to be paid for in American funds the day of the auction by cash of cashiers check. A bank letter SPECIFYING THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASES GUARANTEED BY THE BANK must accompany all personal or company checks. POSITIVELY NO EXCEPTIONS. FULL SETTLEMENT TO BE MADE DAY OF SALE.
